Supply
The software is for use with Windows XP or later, up to and including Windows 11.
Prices are for the Software Licence and Registration Code(s) which we will email to you.
The software can be downloaded from this website,
before or after purchasing the registration.
Please note that nothing will be sent by post.
Refund policy
Should the copy of the software which you receive be found to be faulty in
any way, please notify us and we will replace it free of charge.
In the event of our failure to provide you with a correctly functioning
version of the software, we will refund the purchase price in full.
Conditions of Licence
The programs, data files and documentation supplied under the name of
"PC-Rail" are licensed to the purchaser (The Licensee). The supplied
software may be used by the Licensee only on any personal computer or other compatible device. Copies of the software may be
made for backup purposes only.
PC-Rail programs are copyright and the Licensee
agrees to uphold these copyrights. This Licence is personal to the Licensee and
may not be assigned to any other person, persons or company. The Licensee
agrees to take all possible steps to protect the software from unauthorised
use, reproduction or distribution.
Under no circumstances will liability exceed the purchase price of the
software nor include any consequential, incidental or indirect loss arising
from its use.
These conditions may be varied by any special written Licence document (e.g.
Site Licence) issued to a specific user.
