Our software is extensively tested before release, but as for all software there may still be undiscovered bugs. Problems are usually accompanied by an error message indicating a "PC-Rail Error" and the generation of diagnostic files.
If an error is reported, you should first install the latest version of the PC-Rail Plus software. The problem may have already been fixed by an updated version of the software.
If this does not solve the problem, please report it to us for investigation. Please use the diagnostics program included with the software to send us the diagnostic files produced.
