This fine simulation covers a long stretch of the West Coast Main Line and includes Lancaster, the Morecambe branch and the major junction at Carnforth, with its diverging Cumbrian Coast route to Carlisle via Barrow-in-Furness and the Skipton line towards Leeds via Hellifield.
The intensively used route features a great mix of traffic with expresses, slower local services and freight trains using the same tracks. There are several passing loops which can be used to prevent delays to faster trains. Full of interest!
This simulation is an updated and extended version of our earlier North Lancashire 2009 simulation, bringing it right up to date and extending the control area. Registered users of the original simulation will receive a 40% discount on purchase of this new simulation.
North Lancashire 2023 is one of our Modern Series simulations.
